The 2013 wedding season is officially underway! I’ve been having such a blast working with my amazing clients, this year is definitely going the be the best yet.

Tim and I are so excited to announce that this September we will be welcoming a new addition to our little family – a baby! I can’t wait to find out what we are having (seriously, having to wait 5 months is pure torture!) and to share our journey along the way. It will be a crazy and exciting time! While the studio will be closed during my maternity leave, I will be back in early November. There are only a few spots left for fall weddings, so please make sure to contact me if you are interested in securing your date!

Hawaii is magical. The North Shore is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. When you arrive there you literally fall into this immediate state of relaxation. It’s wonderful. I (being a compulsive planner) had so many places I “just had to see” while in Hawaii, but we found it nearly impossible to leave the North Shore. We found ourselves spending hours just staring into the ocean, or driving up and down the coastline (oh, and eating – we did A LOT of eating!)

A few of the places we did manage to make it to:  Pearl Harbor, Turtle Beach, and Byodo-In Temple – I would highly recommend all of these places when you go.

Oh, and if you make it to Turtle Beach – be sure to watch this video first!

This pretty pastel bouquet reminds me that spring is just around the corner. More of Maggie and Sam’s winter wedding is coming next week!

Just a few of my favorite wedding images from the past year. 2012 brought some amazing weddings, and even more amazing clients! I’m so glad I could be a part of so many special days!

Oh Fall weather. I miss you so very much! At least I have these photos to remember the warmer times and get me through this blustery winter weather. These images are extra special because the adorable boys above are my sweet little nephews!

2012 took me from California to New York – with lots of stops in between! It was a wonderful year, and I can’t wait to see what 2013 has in store for me.
